About this piece

Design and manufacture

A high-relief horse in a 50 mm medallion, printed in 316L and sand blasted to a uniform matte that holds detail without glare. The relief is 4 mm deep - more than a struck medal would carry - because printing has no draft angle to respect.

Supplied with a plain or engraved back, and with a ribbon, a pin fitting or a display stand.

Every piece is made to order. Send your own file, or ask for this design with changes - size, PVD colour, material or engraving - and you get a quote for the modified version within 48 hours.

Can you use my own artwork?

Yes - send a vector file or a high-resolution photo. We convert it to a relief model and send a render for approval before printing. Museum and event commissions are routine work for us.

Can the relief be deeper than 4 mm?

Yes, up to about 8 mm before the undercuts need support that would mark the surface.

Is the back finished as well?

Yes, both faces are blasted. The back can carry engraved text at no extra cost.
