A production engineer, not a trading office
My name is Han. I work on the production side of a metal hardware plant in southern Vietnam that has been making buckles, clasps, hooks and decorative fittings for export for years, and that now runs additive manufacturing and a PVD coating line in the same building. DIMENSION 3D is the site I use to take on the small and mixed orders that a factory sales department does not want to quote.
Practically, that means your enquiry is read by someone who can walk to the machine, check the chamber and give you a real date instead of a standard answer. When a colour drifts between batches, I am the one standing next to the operator fixing the gas flow - which is usually faster than an email chain.
How this works commercially: I quote, review your file and answer every email. Parts are produced, invoiced and shipped by the facility in Vietnam, so you get factory documents (invoice, packing list, material certificate) with your order. Ask for a video walkthrough of the line before you place the first order - no travel needed.

If a wall is too thin, an overhang needs support that will mark the surface, or a tolerance is not achievable in the process you asked for, the quote says so - before you pay, not after.
I quote the process that fits
If machining or moulding is cheaper for your volume, you will hear that too. Losing one order over a wrong recommendation costs more than the order is worth.
Files stay confidential
NDA before we look at the files, designs never shared outside the production team, deleted on request when a project closes. Your design is not resold to your competitor.
Nothing ships without a pass
Dimensional and appearance checks against the drawing or the approved master, with the report in the box. A failed batch is reworked or reprinted, not shipped with an apology.

Can I see the production line before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a live video walkthrough - I can show the printers, the coating chamber and a batch being inspected. Customer visits are arranged by appointment for orders already in production.
