One partner for the whole product lifecycle
Most of our OEM customers arrive with a design and a deadline: a jewellery brand with a new collection, a hardware company that needs 2,000 buckles, an equipment maker with an obsolete bracket. The work is the same in each case - make the design manufacturable, make the first samples, then make the batch and ship it without surprises.
What makes that possible in one place is that printing, PVD coating and polishing sit in the same group as the metal hardware plant. We are not reselling a coating service we cannot see; when the colour drifts on a batch, the person who adjusts the chamber is two buildings away.

OEM and ODM, in plain terms
OEM - we build your design
You own the design and the drawings. We review manufacturability, quote, produce, inspect and ship to your specification. Your files stay confidential and we do not sell the part to anyone else.
ODM - we develop and build
You bring a product idea or a reference sample. We propose the process, the material and the finish, build samples, and iterate until it is right. You approve the design and the tooling, then we run the batch under your brand.
Either way you get the same three gates: design review, sample approval against a signed master, then production - nothing goes to volume without a written approval.

Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order for OEM work?
One piece for a prototype, 50-100 pieces for a first production run with finishing, and there is no upper limit on batch size. Tooling-based processes such as injection moulding only make sense above roughly 1,000 pieces, and we will say so if printing is cheaper for your volume.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before we look at the files. Send the NDA you use or ask for ours. Designs, drawings and 3D files are treated as confidential, are not shared outside the production team, and are deleted on request when the project closes.
Can you work from a physical sample instead of a CAD file?
Yes. Send the sample; we reverse-engineer it, produce a drawing for your approval, then print or machine to that drawing. This is common for obsolete parts and for hardware where no file exists any more.
Who owns the tooling?
You do, once it is paid for. Moulds and fixtures are stored at our plant for your production and released to you on request.
