Privacy policy

This site is run by Han, an individual contact working with the production facility in Vietnam. That person is the data controller for everything described below, and can be reached at dimension3dHAN@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

When you submit the quote form we receive the name, email, company, country, quantity and project details you enter, plus any file you attach. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate country, device type) and we do not use it to identify individuals.

2. Why we collect it

To prepare your quotation, to ask technical questions about the part, to produce and ship an order if you place one, and to answer later questions about the same project. Nothing else.

3. Your CAD files

Files are stored on our production server with access limited to the engineering and production staff working on your enquiry. We do not share, resell or reuse your designs, and we do not manufacture your part for anyone else. Files are deleted on request when a project closes; send an email with the project reference and we will confirm deletion in writing.

4. Who else sees the data

The site and its quote form are hosted and delivered by Netlify, which stores the submitted form data and files; email is handled by Google (Gmail); analytics, when enabled, is provided by Google Analytics 4. Production and shipping documents are prepared by the manufacturing facility in Vietnam, and shipping carriers receive the delivery address and phone number when an order ships. We do not sell data to anyone, at any time.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records, drawings and inspection reports are kept for as long as the warranty and accounting rules require - typically 5 years.

6. Your rights

Write to dimension3dHAN@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies to count visits. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any function of the site.
