What makes the first quote the final one
- File - STEP preferred for metal, STL is fine for prototypes. If you only have a photo, add the main dimensions in the message.
- Quantity - one piece, 50, 2,000. It changes both price and process.
- Material or requirement - "must be light" and "must not corrode" are enough for us to choose.
- Finish - polished, blasted, PVD colour, painted, assembled.
- Deadline - the date you need it, not the date you hope for.
Response times
Quotations: within 48 hours on working days, usually faster. Technical questions: same day. Sample production: 3-10 working days depending on process.
Confidentiality
Send your NDA with the first message, or ask for ours. Files are used only for your quotation and production, and are deleted on request when the project closes.

Do you reply to every enquiry?
Yes, including the ones we cannot make - in that case you get a short explanation and, where we can, a supplier recommendation.
Can I send a large CAD file?
The form takes up to 8 MB. For larger files, send a download link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox) or email it directly - ZIP archives are fine.
Do you work with customers outside Vietnam?
Most of our customers are outside Vietnam: Europe, North America, Australia and across Asia. Shipping is quoted per order, and DDP terms are available on request.
